There are 50 million confirmed Covid-19 diseases worldwide.

The number of new infections in the indigenous areas of Brazil rose by 250 percent within three months, meanwhile Taiwan has not reported any more infections since mid-April.

There have been only 640 registered cases to date.

In Germany only members of two households are allowed to meet in public, a maximum of ten people in total.

Christmas markets are banned, as are amateur sports.

Nevertheless, the number of infections reached new highs over the course of the month.

Hope is emerging: The Mainz-based company Biontech and the pharmaceutical company Pfizer are applying to the US FDA for emergency approval for a corona vaccine.

According to a study, it has an effectiveness of around 95 percent.

The hundred are in the middle of the second wave, which is stronger than the first.

The director Sonja Anders suffers with her actors, the teacher at a primary school Anke Ehrenreich is completely exhausted, and the former president of the THW Albrecht Broemme receives a new assignment.
