Covid, the van with the first doses of vaccine on its way to Rome

The van with the first 9,750 doses of Pfizer-Biontech's anti-Covid vaccine destined for Italy crossed the Brenner border in the morning.

The vehicle with the precious cargo is escorted by the carabinieri and is headed to the Spallanzani hospital in Rome.

Arrival is expected in the evening.
