A young woman in Wismar mixed hashish into her parents' Christmas cookies and triggered a rescue operation.
First, on Christmas Eve, the father complained of dizziness, nausea and palpitations, later the mother too.
When the ambulance pulled up the second time, the daughter apparently confessed to the prank.
The police wrote in their report on the incident about a "high league evening".
The officials confiscated the cookies.
Both parents came to the hospital for treatment.
The daughter is now being investigated on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm and violation of the Narcotics Act.
