In federalist Germany, each state is responsible for its own
corona protection ordinance

This means that basically different lockdown rules can apply everywhere, even over the holidays.

Only Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Saxony prohibit this.

XXXLutz: Competition hires lawyer - violations of lockdown rules
