The Ministry of Health of the Nation reported 14,402 cases of coronavirus and 187 deaths this Saturday.
In this way, and adding the infections that were not reported in the last two days due to the Christmas holidays, the country registers 1,578,267 positive cases and 42,501 fatalities due to the pandemic.
In the last 24 hours, 3,713 cases and 79 deaths were reported (43 men and 36 women), while on 24 and 25 10,689 infections and 108 deaths were reported.
In relation to intensive care beds, in the country the occupancy is 52.4%, while in the AMBA it rises to 55.8%.
Currently there are 3,262 people with coronavirus who require care in the so-called critical beds.
In addition, in the last hours 14,984 tests were carried out and since the beginning of the outbreak 4,661,855 diagnostic tests for this disease were carried out, which is equivalent to 102,736 samples per million inhabitants.
