(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 26 - Hungary has anticipated the rest of the EU by ignoring the Commission's plans for a European Vax Day of 27 December and today has started vaccinating the first citizens.
This was reported by the Hungarian site on vaccination plans, taken from Politico.eu.
The first 4,785 doses of the Pfeizer / BioNTech vaccine arrived in Budapest today.
The government had previously said it would start the program on the 27th together with the other partners.
