However, our research showed that small
New Year's Eve sets are
already being
offered
on
Ebay
for over 50 euros.
As reported by chip.de, a package of
rockets was
marketed that was sold to the highest bidder in mid-December for a whopping 221 euros.
According to the consumer portal, this would have cost only 30 euros in retail.

Then there is an unpleasant fine.
Dealers must expect further consequences if they
are not authorized to
sell
fireworks
under the applicable Explosives Act.
For buyers it is therefore not clear whether the product offered is dangerous and untested goods.
Anyone who
buys
fireworks
on the black market without CE marking can expect a hefty fine, depending on the state, in the worst case up to 25,000 euros, reports rtl.de.
