(ANSA) - TURIN, DEC 29 - RSA personnel who do not undergo the vaccine against Covid should be transferred by the employer to tasks "that are prudently spaced from guests and such as not to generate contamination risks". If this were not possible, "the workers would be considered unsuitable for assistance for the elderly". This is the opinion of the lawyer Maria Grazia Cavallo, legal reference of some Rsapiemontesi for Covid matters.

The lawyer affirms that "the solution could only come shortly through a rule of law which - due to its delicacy and its social 'impact' - could only be desired by Parliament, so far too often marginalized by the instrument of the Dpcm". (HANDLE).
