98 corona patients hospitalized in hospitals across the country were defined yesterday (Monday) as blue in a critical condition, a record for one day, according to data from the Ministry of Health.
In addition, yesterday 31 people died from the virus - the highest figure in the last two months.

The report published by the Ministry of Health also shows that there are currently 1,028 corona patients in Israel who are hospitalized in hospitals around the country. 153 of them are respiratory, 187 are in critical condition, 194 are in moderate condition and 224 are in mild condition.
According to the latest illness data released this morning by the Ministry of Health, yesterday 5,459 new carriers of the corona virus were diagnosed.
Yesterday, 97,989 tests were performed, and the rate of positive tests stands at 5.6%.
There are currently 39,000 active patients in Israel.
3,257 people died from the virus.
3,228 medical staff are currently in isolation after being infected with the virus or exposed to a verified patient.
As of 09:43, 25,137 tests have been performed since midnight - 1,102 of which have been positive.
Thus, the rate of positive results stands at 4.4%.
