Covid: possible change of start date of sales in some regions

Some regions would be considering the change of date of the start of the winter sales in consideration of the red zones established for the next few days. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 30 - Some regions are considering the change of date of the start of the winter sales considering the red zones established for the next few days.


   For now, according to the provisional calendar released by Confcommercio, the start of promotional sales is practically articulated throughout the month of January.


   In theory, we should start on the 2nd in Valle d'Aosta, Molise and Basilicata, on the 4th in Abruzzo and Calabria, on the 5th in Sardinia and Campania.

And these should be the Regions where the expected dates could shift by anticipating or postponing them.


   Outside the period of the prohibitions for the holidays, instead, the departures of 7 January scheduled for Puglia, Sicily, Piedmont, FriuliVenezia Giulia and Lombardy.

Umbria should start on the 9th, Lazio on the 12th. In the second half of the month, departure scheduled for the 16th for the Marche and the Autonomous Province of Bolzano (non-tourist municipalities).

The sales will arrive only at the end of the month, in Liguria, on the 29th, and on the 30th in Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, and Veneto.

In these latter regions, however, as in others, it was possible to carry out promotional sales already in the previous 30 days.


   Finally, to buy on sale in the tourist municipalities of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, you will have to wait until February 13th.
