And if you look at the month of November of this year alone, compared to November 2019, sales have marked a + 17%, reflecting the fact that it is the last months of the year that record the greatest consumption of the two products. protected by the IGP brand ".
To be brought to the table in the most traditional way, accompanied by the well-wishing side dish of lentils or the classic mashed potatoes, Zampone and Cotechino Modena IGP can also be served in a more delicious, original and appetizing way.
