The United States has surpassed 350,000 deaths from coronavirus this Sunday at a time when several states are breaking case records and hospital pressure increases. The United Kingdom has exceeded 75,000 deaths from the coronavirus pandemic this Sunday (75,024 in total). In addition, the country has added 54,990 new cases. This is the sixth consecutive day that infections exceed 50,000. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced that restrictions will be tightened in the coming days. Italy has risen again in contagions and daily deaths this Sunday. The country's health authorities have reported 14,245 new infections in the last 24 hours (compared to 11,831 cases on Saturday) and 347 deaths (14 more than the day before. In Catalonia, the risk of regrowth has increased by 54 points in the last 24 hours in Catalonia. This indicator has gone from 368 points to 422, when the WHO advises that this figure be below 100 points so that it can be considered that the pandemic is controlled. In the Basque Country, the rate positivity has not stopped increasing in recent days and is now close to 8%.
