(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 03 - Second victory for Alexander Bolshunov in the third stage of the Tour de Ski, which closed laparentesi in Val Mustair with a 15 km free technique.

The Russian, ruler of yesterday's 15 km in classic technique, repeated himself checking the situation from the first to the last kilometer, until he crossed the finish line with a total time of 32'11 "1, thanks to which he preceded his compatriot Artem Maltsev by 53" 7 , while the French Maurice Magnificat completed the podium at 1'07 ". Excellent performance by Federico Pellegrino, who defended himself well in the most congenial technique, despite not being a distance specialist.


   The Aosta Valley rider finished his effort in eighth place, 2'08 "behind Bolshunov. Francesco DeFabiani also recovered, sixteenth at 2'54" 2, as did Giandomenico Salvadori, at the end 33 / or 4'06 "1 . Paolo Ventura, MircoBertolina and Davide Graz are more spaced. The day's classification also corresponds to the general classification of the Tour, which now enjoys the first of two days of rest to move to Dobbiaco, where on Tuesday 5th January there will be another 15 km in free technique , followed on Wednesday 6 January by a 15 km in classic technique.
