Abitbul, who lit a beacon at the last Independence Day ceremony in honor of Shaare Zedek Medical Center, arrived today at the vaccination complex at Shaare Zedek Hospital in order to get vaccinated and serve as an example to all senior citizens.
Reina volunteered for over 18 years in the various departments at the Gates of Justice until the outbreak of the corona plague.
She said excitedly: 'I am proud and happy to be here today and to represent the gates of justice with dignity for the second time.
The teams here have been working hard for a long time for the health of us all.
I hope everyone will see and go get vaccinated too.
We are tired of being closed at home and we want to get back to routine that is important to us, family, health and livelihood. "
Prof. Ofer Marin, director general of Shaare Zedek Medical Center, welcomed her decision and said: "Reina has volunteered daily in the various departments at the medical center with great dedication. The volunteer at Shaare Zedek and we are proud of Reina, hope to meet her again soon in the wards and wish her many more years of positive work and health. "
