We are moving towards an ad hoc decree
- and not an ordinance of the Ministry of Health - to establish the new restrictive measures for the days following the Epiphany.
A Council of Ministers originally scheduled for 9 pm has been postponed to 10 pm
.
A
'strengthened' yellow zone on weekdays
- with a ban on travel between regions and confirmation of the rule that provides for the possibility of moving to another home in the region for up to two people -
and an orange zone at the weekend
.
And 'this,
according to reports
,
the setting of the new decree
which will be the Council of Ministers and will be in force until 15 January.
The text also provides for the lowering of the RT threshold which triggers the positioning in the different bands and which will be in force from Monday 11: with Rt at 1 it will go to the orange zone and with the RT to 1.25 in the red zone .
TRAVEL, REGIONS OFF LIMITS "From 7 to 15 January 2021 it is forbidden
, within the national territory,
any movement in and out between the territories of different regions or autonomous provinces
, except for movements motivated by proven
work needs or situations of necessity or for health reasons.
It is however allowed to
return to one's residence, domicile or home
, with the exclusion of travel to second homes located in another region or autonomous province ".
This is what the draft of the new decree on anti-Covid measures that will be on the table of the CDM foresees.
The draft confirms that, for the weekend of 9-10, all of Italy will be in the orange band with the same exceptions,
in the movements between the municipalities, scheduled for the Christmas holidays.
"On public holidays and days before holidays between 7 and 15 January 2021, the measures referred to in Article 2 of the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 3 December 2020 are applied throughout the country, but travel from municipalities with population not exceeding 5,000 inhabitants and for a distance not exceeding 30 kilometers from the relative borders, with the exclusion in any case of travel to the provincial capitals.
LIMIT OF 2 PEOPLE TO OTHER HOUSES, FIRE COVER AT 10 PM.
"It is allowed to move to only one private home once a day, in a period of time between 05.00 and 22.00, and within the limits of two persons, additional to those already living there, in addition to minors under the age of 14 over whom such persons exercise parental authority and disabled or non self-sufficient persons living together ".
This is what we read in the draft of the decree on the new anti-Covid measures between 7 and 15 January.

The Minister of Health Roberto Speranza
will bring to the CDM the tightening of the RT thresholds
that define the passage of a region in the orange or red band, said the Minister for Regional Affairs
Francesco Boccia
to 'La vita live', underlining that interventions made at Christmas "avoided the free all in Italy".
The revision of the Rt threshold (with 1 in the orange zone and with 1.25 in the red zone, ed.) "Was shared by all the regions - added Boccia - because we all share the need to immediately trigger the most restrictive measures when it goes beyond 1 ".

The government wants to reopen on the 7th, but the Regions go in no particular order.
Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia have decided on remote lessons until January 31st, in Campania classrooms closed until 11th.
In Tuscany we leave on the 7th.
Meanwhile, there
are 10,800 new cases in Italy in 24 hours, 348 victims.
The positive rate remained unchanged compared to yesterday, at 13.8%.
