Even before the angry winds that shook the network calmed down with the publication of Smadar Shir's angry post against little Michal, the journalist today (Monday) published an update on her condition after she went into isolation: "Thank God, at least I'm negative.

As you may recall, yesterday the network stormed when Shir revealed how they had to shelve an interview with Michal Weizmann that was supposed to be published this coming Wednesday, after it contradicted Shir's claim from her and the production team that she was exposed to a verified corona patient and should be in isolation.

As a result, Shir and the entire crew that took part in the filming for the interview were forced into solitary confinement, a conduct that led the journalist to write an angry post in which she accused the child star of disrespecting human life.

Hours after the post was published and after the network was flooded with thousands of angry comments, Weizmann also published a post in an attempt to calm the spirits a bit and try to clarify the chain of events on its side.

"It is so fun and heartwarming to open the week while slander, and this time on behalf of someone who for years I have appreciated and admired and eagerly read every word written by her," she wrote.

"It is a great pity for me to think back on all the times I believed one hundred percent in everything she wrote, and now that my phone keeps signaling I understand even more how easy it is to distort reality. I feel a strong need to stop this rolling snowball and present what really happened in recent days. "There are countless versions that publish what really happened in the last few days, which is causing me and my family a lot of harm and slander."

Weizmann later explained, among other things, as follows: "It was a meeting with a limited number of friends at the hotel ... The hotel is closed to the general public anyway, there is no service, no employees. On Monday, the interview was held ... I am aware of the level of responsibility I have. On Tuesday, Nir called me and informed me that he was a verified patient at our meeting in Jerusalem.

"
