Covid: Larry King out of intensive care

(ANSA) - NEW YORK, 05 JAN - Larry King is out of intensive therapy but continues to be treated as a Covid patient. He reports Nbc News. The historic anchor, 87, has been in hospital for more than ten days after testing positive for the virus.


    King is a patient at risk of diabetes and has had both a stroke and heart attack last year. Also last year he lost two sons Andy and Chaia. They died in just over three weeks, the first of a heart attack on July 28, the second died on August 20 of lung cancer.


    King hosted the Larry King Live talk show on CNN from 1985 to 2010, and currently hosts the Larry King Nowsu Hulu and RT America programs, as well as Sunday's Politicking with Larry King on the same two online channels. (HANDLE).
