(ANSA) - MILAN, 05 JAN - Luca Sostegni, alleged figurehead of the commercialist Michele Scillieri, has negotiated 4 years and 10 months and a fine of 1,000 euros, arrested in July in the Milanese investigation on the Lombardy Film Commission case and on alleged black funds for the Lega. The plea agreement for Sostegni (defended by the lawyer Giuseppe Alessandro Pennisi), who paid 20 thousand euros as compensation, was ratified by the investigating judge Raffaella Mascarino. The 62-year-old, who collaborated in the investigations, can become key witnesses in the trial. The request for an immediate trial for the other arrests in the investigation of the adjunct Fusco and the prosecutor Civardi is approaching.
