(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 05 - Nutella, the "most famous hazelnut and cocoa spread in the world", enters humism to the delight of fans and collectors.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance, by decree of 21 December 2020, authorized the issue of the five euro silver coin dedicated to the Italian Excellence series: Nutella of the Ferrero group.

The currency has been legal tender since January 2, 2021.

The State Mint Printing Institute will deliver to the Ministry of Economy and Finance two copies of the coin to be used for documentation and participation in exhibitions and conferences.

The coin will be in three color versions, Brilliant Uncirculated finish, vintage 2021, to be sold, in special containers, to Italian foreign bodies, associations and private individuals.

Author of the artistic features is AnnalisaMasini.

The obverse of the coin presents, in the center, a traditional jar of Nutella and in the circle the inscription RepubblicaItaliana, in the "reverse", in the center, "the largest Italian factory of the Ferrero Group, that of Alba, where the company specialized in confectionery products was founded in the forties ".

On the left, the name of the author, "A. Masini" and on the right the year of issue, "2021", in the exergue, the value of 5 euros and the "R", identifying the Mint of Rome.
