Misunderstanding… and tension.
About sixty employees gathered on Tuesday at noon, in front of the Canal + headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt, to protest against the dismissal of Stéphane Guy, one of the voices of football on the encrypted channel.
Anonymously, behind masks bearing the effigy of the journalist and sports commentator, and silently, they took the pose to denounce the eviction of their colleague, who had cracked on the air with a message of goodbye to the attention of Sébastien Thoen.
The latter was fired at the end of November for having participated, alongside Julien Cazarre, formerly of Canal, in a sketch parodying the emission of Pascal Praud on CNews. François, technician at Canal + for more than 30 years and union representative (CGT), came to support this gathering.
