How to bake the delicious low-carb cheesecake without a base
Preheat
the oven to
200 degrees top / bottom heat
.
First, grease the
springform pan
and wrap it watertight with
aluminum foil
.
Enter
cream cheese
,
sour cream
,
eggs
and
erythritol
in a bowl (optionally also the
vanilla extract

Use a low speed beater so that no air bubbles form in the dough.

Pour the batter into the springform pan and place it on the high baking sheet.
Fill the baking sheet
2-3 cm with hot water
.
Put the baking sheet with the water bath and springform pan in the oven and bake the cheesecake for about
15 minutes
.
Then reduce the
heat to 130 degrees
and bake the cake for
90 minutes
.
Never open the oven door, otherwise the cheesecake will collapse!
Then take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it
cool down
completely
.
Put it in a cool place to store, for example in the refrigerator.
