They are divided into six blocks: responses to the crisis;
new ways of working and recognition;
monitoring of reforms;
particular forms of employment;
evolution of social protection;
financing of social protection.
All must be completed before December.
● Unemployment insurance
This is the thorniest issue of this return.
During the second half of January, the Ministry of Labor will bring together the social partners again to try to find a setting on its criticized reform of unemployment insurance, postponed to April 1 due to the crisis and the explosion of unemployment.
