(ANSA) - NEW DELHI, 09 JAN - India will start the anti-Covid-19 vaccination campaign on January 16: the central government announced this in a statement.
The first to be vaccinated will be the workers of the health sector and the agents of the security forces, about 30 million people, followed by all citizens over the age of 50. Indians under 50 who suffer from chronic diseases, and who make up a group of nearly 270 million, will then be immunized.
