(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 10 - By autumn in the United Kingdom all adults will be vaccinated against the coronavirus. Health Minister Matt Hancock announced it in an interview with the BBC. The current rate, he specified, is 200,000 vaccinated per day, a number that approaches the government's goal of 2 million per week.
"We have ordered 350 million doses. Not all of them have arrived yet, but we are proceeding as quickly as possible," said Hancock, reiterating that the pressure on the NHS is still very strong and therefore all Brits "must stay in homes and follow the lockdown rules. This is not the time to give up. " (HANDLE).
