There are currently 68,933 active Corona patients in the country, 1,721 of whom are hospitalized.

1,029 people in critical condition (299 of them in critical condition) and 308 in moderate condition.

240 of the patients are respiratory.

Since midnight, 19,819 tests have been performed, 1,211 of which have been positive - and the positive result rate as of 10:32 is 6.1%.

As a result of the outbreak, 3,651 Israelis died from the virus.

5,680 healthcare professionals are currently in isolation or have been vaccinated against the virus, 671 of them are doctors and 1,466 are brothers and sisters.

Meanwhile, Prof. Ash received in the morning the second dose of the corona vaccine.

"I'm excited," he noted.

He said, "We are in the midst of a large and successful vaccination campaign and the start of the second vaccine. I welcome the public response, and call on the target populations to continue to be vaccinated.

To date, we have vaccinated 1,817,000 people in the first dose.

Data from the Ministry of Health show that more than 72% of those aged 60 and over in Israel have already been vaccinated.

This is 81% of people aged 79-70 and 76% of citizens over the age of 80.
