Celebs learned that Berkowitz, who recently terminated the lease, received a surprise message from the landlord informing him that he was planning to introduce the apartment to potential new tenants.
When Eyal tried to understand why the landlord did not intend to extend his contract - the owner explained to him that recently he received quite a few complaints from neighbors in nearby houses about parties and noise that lasted until late at night so he had to terminate the contract with him and evict him from the apartment.
