A new suspense series is about to hit the Telemundo screen and audiences will have the opportunity to unravel the secrets of the Pons family in the drama 'Looking for Frida', starring Eduardo Santamarina, Ximena Herrera and Arap Bethke.
This suspenseful drama brings back Mexican actor Eduardo Santamarina in a role like he has rarely been seen, in addition to being accompanied by a spectacular cast.
'Looking for Frida' is a modern adaptation of the Chilean drama 'Where is Elisa?', An original story by Pablo Illanes that was recreated by Telemundo in 2010, becoming the most watched Spanish-language series on its schedule in the United States .
Alejandra Barros, Rubén Zamora, Grettel Valdez and Jorge Luis Moreno also participate in this intriguing story, where Victoria White will be presented in the role of Frida.
The plot: what is 'Looking for Frida' about?
'Looking for Frida' tells the story of Marcela Bribiesca (Ximena Herrera) and Abelardo Pons (Eduardo Santamarina), a successful couple who live in an apparently happy and perfect world together with their daughters.
During Abelardo's birthday celebration party, his daughter Frida (Victoria White) disappears under mysterious circumstances and without leaving any trace, so an investigation is immediately launched to find out her whereabouts.
The investigation will uncover dark secrets of the Pons family, as well as various lies and resentments that little by little will turn everyone into suspects in the disappearance of Frida.
The story takes a shocking turn when it is discovered that someone very close to the 16-year-old could have been responsible for her disappearance.
The secrets exposed will reveal that the perfect family is far from it.

“Looking for Frida” will premiere on Tuesday, January 26 at 10 PM/9C on Telemundo replacing “Falsa Identidad”.
