Instead of a deposit, a Lidl customer receives a basket from the deposit return machine that hits her hard.
As she writes on Twitter, she has to recover from it first.
A
Lidl
* customer simply wanted to return her
bottles to
the
deposit
machine
- but then something unusual happened.
Instead of a
deposit
, the
deposit
machine
gives the
customer a surprising message.
The customer processes her “rejection” on
Twitter
with humor.
Kassel - When it
comes
to
everyday issues, giving
returnable bottles is
one of the less spectacular tasks.
Only when the device is full or broken - or simply refuses to accept this one bottle, even though you have just thrown in four exactly the same models - is there a bit of variety.
But even then, the
return of
the
deposit
remains
a deeply unspectacular experience - actually.
However, a
Lidl customer
was able to have a completely new experience: She received
a basket
from a
deposit machine
.
Instead of a normal deposit: general rejection
Instead of a standard
deposit
, she only received a brief announcement from the device.
Two words that can cause bitter rejection: general rejection.
And that twice in different colors.
So that it cannot be overlooked.
I've never received a basket as hard as it is today from the deposit machine at Lidl ...
Ouch.

This is probably just an
error message
.
A bottle or can may
not have been accepted
by the
deposit machine
.
Or the device is broken and has some kind of technical defect.
The
customer
refers to this “general rejection”, of course, with a twinkle in her eye - and thus causes a
laugh
on
.
Common deposit machine at Lidl: "I had to laugh so much!"
"I've
never got such a hard basket
as it is today from the
deposit machine
at
Lidl
... Ouch," she writes on the short message service Twitter.
She now has to cope with that and wants to "watch sad love films with ice on the couch".
But she takes the
basket
with humor.
“I had to laugh so much!” She continues.
Another Twitter user has had a similar experience.
"The pain is really deep," he writes ironically.
"Stay strong!
You can get over this! ”(In German:“ Stay strong! You can get over this ”), he encourages her.
It remains to be hoped that the ice cream and the love
films actually help
the
Lidl customer
over the pain.
In autumn 2020 the designer Wolfgang Joop created a collection for Lidl.
Previously, the discounter received a lot of ridicule for a similar campaign.
