Oscar: short list for best foreign film goes to 15 films

(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 16 - The Board of Governors of the Academy has approved a change in the regulation: from 10 to 15 movies from different countries that will be able to enter the "short list" (the list - antechamber of the real nominations) of the international feature film, that is the best foreign or non-English language film.
