(ANSA) - PARIS, JAN 16 - Snowfall in the morning in Paris, involved like 32 other French departments, in a wave of freezing and bad weather that prompted the authorities to declare the orange alert in half of the country (second level of weather risk) .

Snow began to fall abundantly in the Ile-de-France already in the early morning, causing inconvenience to traffic.

In the capital, where bars and restaurants have been closed since the end of October, the rule dictated by the government in advance of the curfew throughout the national territory, from 8 pm to 6 pm, kicks off this afternoon. (ANSA).
