"Dear Mr. S., I thank you very much for your extremely individual feedback from your really incredibly backward, miserably worn-out Spacko club and I wish you much joy with your own failure and this grandiose glorious wrong decision. Congratulations on that and nothing else. "
Probably out of sheer defiance, the applicant says goodbye at the end with “Sincerely,” - but that was about friendliness.
