France 2: Daphné Bürki will present a great evening for the benefit of the Secours populaire

2021-01-17T07:43:44.220Z

The host was absent from the grid of the public channel since the mid-December stop of her daily "I love you, etc.". According to our info

"I will find you on the antennas of France Televisions for new adventures ...", had soberly slipped Daphné Bürki, at the very end of the last of "I love you, etc."

», Mid-December.

For lack of audience, the direction of the public service had skipped this daily program, wedged in the afternoon between the dazzling success of “Deal concluded” and the good scores of “It starts today”.

But what about the fate of the 40-year-old presenter, ex-Canal + and C8?

At the time, nothing really concrete.

His name had yet circulated to co-host "All together for Christmas", a program finally entrusted to Faustine Bollaert and Olivier Minne, broadcast on December 24 at 4 pm in front of 900,000 viewers (8.1%).

Objective: to collect donations for the benefit of the Fondation de France, Secours Catholique, Emmaus, SOS Children's Village and Secours populaire.

A live show from the Cirque d'Hiver

This last association, which helps the most disadvantaged, will also be entitled to a special prime time live in the coming weeks.

And according to our information, it is Daphné Bürki, one of the sponsors of Secours populaire, who was chosen to embody this charity show, entitled “Secours Pop, la grande Soirée”.

The concept: the Cirque d'Hiver stage open to around forty comedians and singers from various backgrounds.

But the real plus of this big barnum produced by Kiosco ("Spectacular") is a solidarity raffle whose profits will be entirely donated to the Secours populaire.

For Daphné Bürki, it is therefore a return to the spotlight.

After a successful test at the animation of the "Victoires de la Musique" in February 2018, France 2 had entrusted him with some evening programs, in particular "Jean Paul Gaultier does his show", "Johnny Hallyday, your greatest memories" and especially the classical music competition "Prodigies", after the departure of Marianne James for M 6. But the disappointing audiences, in the second season, had cost her her place, in favor of Marie-Sophie Lacarrau.

Ditto on "the Victories of music", where it was replaced by a collegial animation in 2020, then by Stéphane Bern and Laury Thilleman at the next ceremony, in February.

Will we ever see "C'est tout vu"?

Another project for Daphné Bürki remains on the pile of files for the management of France Télévisions: that of a media program, for a broadcast in the second part of the evening.

A year ago, the former presenter of "Tube" on Canal + had shot the pilot of "C'est tout vu", with around the table a host of columnists such as Bertrand Chameroy and Leïla Kaddour.

Scheduled for last April, the launch was postponed and then postponed to (much) later.

"The file was not thrown in the trash," a public service executive told us.

It is still in reflection.
