When friends come to me or when I feel like pampering the family, I make small, soft pastries studded with blueberries or raspberries, which hide a sweet surprise of white chocolate inside.

Ingredients

2 cups puffed flour (280 g)
100 grams of soft butter at room temperature
Pinch of salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ Cow's milk
100 g white chocolate cut into small pieces
2 cups frozen raspberries / frozen blueberries
50 grams of candied peanuts / candied hazelnuts (Beres)

How to make berry and white chocolate pastries?
0 * The recipe for a rectangular silicone mold with 14 sockets or for a standard socket mold (muffins) with 12 sockets.
1 Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2 Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
3 Whip the butter with the sugar to a nice puffy mixture and gradually, while whisking, add the eggs, vanilla and milk - in that order.
4 Add half the amount of flour and mix lightly with a spatula, just until a uniform mixture is obtained.
5 into the bowl with the remaining half of the flour, add the raspberries or frozen blueberries (leave a quarter cup for garnish) and mix.
6 Using a spatula, fold the frozen raspberries with the flour into the mass.
7 Pour the batter to half the height of each socket.
Sprinkle over the white chocolate pieces and cover with the remaining batter, but not to the end - each socket should be filled with 3/4 of its volume.
Sprinkle over each of the slightly frozen fruits we saved for garnish, as well as candied peanuts or hazelnuts, and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
Bake until the pastries are set and a stuck toothpick comes out dry.
Cool completely and extract.
