Do not get up from the couch, they will already come to you: new winter pizzas have just entered the oven
Young sisters with a particularly high threshold of excitement have decided to accept the cold season in one of the most sensible ways we are familiar with.
This is the result

Strange method of eating pizza (imgur)
An entire year (plus, but who counts?) Of closure at one level or another has taught us quite a few things about the Israeli food world.
Most are unfortunate, given the situation, some inspiring, given the people who continue this war for survival, and some truth that has settled in its place after years of speculation.
Say, what happens when Israelis are forcibly brought into their home and forced to take some comfort at the end of another Corona day.
The local craving for pastries, pastries and carbs, salty and sweet - it really does not matter - is currently meeting local eating traditions during the cold season, and all this - a rather natural match of cold outside and indoor oven heat - has been met with huge help from thousands of couriers. Brave.
But let's dwell for a moment on one winter menu, that of the graceful "Baba Pizza" from north-north Tel Aviv.
Let us also shed the etiquette and call it by its informal, and more logical name - "You did not receive London, you received comfort."
Absolutely justified compensation
"Sucks to hear about your experience," said Walt, "immediately pass the feedback to the restaurant."

Sisters Coral and Shir Goren opened their kingdom about three and a half years ago, added a nearby hot-baked pastry arm in the middle of Corona and launched not long after that also a compact but bastard branch in the center of the shrinking Dizengoff Street.
Now, it seems, the time has come to inject a little more yeast into this whole business, in the form of a new winter menu, featuring quite a few pizzas of varying cool, and desserts to be finished while you stop to ponder originality.
Among other things, the new menu includes a Druze focaccia that a similar version starred in the place when it opened, with stone mounds, olive oil and shredded vine leaves (NIS 59), and an "extreme" focaccia with fresh spinach leaves, cream, mozzarella, parmesan, cheese Goats, onion jam and hyssop, which were all put into a hot dough, were woven into it and came out strengthened and speak the same language (NIS 35).
The pizzas - all medium-sized, all priced at NIS 65 - include "Mr. Potato" (cream, thin slices of roasted potato, mozzarella, parmesan, lemon zest and rosemary), "Hawaii" (tomato sauce, pepperoni, pineapple bites, ch Yili who does not play games, mozzarella and parmesan) as well as "peasants" pizza (tomato sauce, roasted eggplant, peppers, mozzarella, parmesan and St. Mohr cheese which gives another dominant but not too dominant flavor layer).

The new addition to desserts includes shredded strawberry crumble rich in mascarpone cream (NIS 39) and "Milk Pie" (a corrupt milk tart that is a gentle and appropriate response to the slightly oppressive crack-pie aggressiveness, NIS 32).
There is also a cookie dough deal for baking at home with 3 Amsterdam cookies and 3 chocolate chip cookies (NIS 49) and of course the "regular" desserts of the place, which are clearly unusual, as you probably understood, such as pecan tart, soft cheesecake But not too soft, apple pie, lemon tart and — yes, crack pie, well.
The Goren sisters have arranged a very pleasant seating area here, put on music and tried to maintain non-Tel Aviv service, but in the meantime all this goodness is driven home only through crates of motorcycles.
You know, closure, and Corona, and winter at last.
Maybe we should really start like this and move on from there, no?
