Covid: Boccia, I will propose a withdrawal from the anti-Dpcm Vda law

(ANSA) - AOSTA, 19 JAN - "After the ruling of the Constitutional Court on the case of Valle d'Aosta, the autonomous Region that collaborated constructively in the confrontation following the presentation of the appeal, I deemed it appropriate to inform the President of the Conference of Regions, Stefano Bonaccini, for the 'teaching and the opportunity that the ruling of the Constitutional Court gives to all Regions. The Court reminds us with new insights that the actions to prevent and combat the pandemic from Covid-19 must be constantly based on the principle of loyal collaboration between all institutional levels with different responsibilities . I will propose to the Council of Ministers the withdrawal of the appeal on the regional law of the Aosta Valley and similar measures of the other Regions in the face of a further link between the State and the Regions and related additions to the management of the health emergency and the strengthening of measures to combat Covid-19. ".
