(ANSA) - MILAN, 19 JAN - "As anticipated in the past days, we filed an appeal to the TAR against the government's decision, and asked the Minister to review the parameters governing this decision, which has such an impact on the lives of our citizens and our businesses". Thus, the president of the Lombardy Region Attilio Fontana, speaking in the Regional Council, confirmed the presentation of the appeal to the Administrative Court against the assignment of the red zone to the Lombardy Region, defined as "strongly, and unfairly, penalizing for our region" (ANSA).
