(ANSA) - MILAN, 19 JAN - It is not considered "harmless and consequently devoid of criminal relevance" but the forgery alleged to the mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala finished under trial for having signed, when he was at Expo, two backdated minutes, which served to replace two incompatible commissioners of the tender for the service platform.
The Milan Court of Appeal writes this in the motivations of the sentence of last October 21 with which it rejected the request for acquittal on the merits by the defense of Sala but declared the extinction of the crime by prescription.
