(ANSA) - MILAN, 20 JAN - "Although it is certainly not the intention of the regional administration to subtract its territory from the most suitable measures for the prevention and containment of the contagion (which constitute an unavoidable safeguard to protect the health of all citizens), those - illegitimately - with the contested Ordinance they constitute a very serious (and unjustified) economic, social and productive fabric of the Region: the classification within the 'red zone' precludes, as is well known, the carrying out of a very large number of activities ".
This is what we read in the application of the Lombardy Region to the Lazio TAR.
Lombardy therefore asks to cancel, also with a presidential decree, the ordinance of the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza of January 14 with which the Region was included in the red area and also the Dpcm of January 14, 2021 in the part in which it defines the criteria for the classification of orange zone and red zone as well as the Ministerial Decree of 30 April 2020 on monitoring and any other act required, consequent or otherwise coordinated or connected ".
