State of emergency in the Corona year as an important factor
Many companies should be
doubly pleased
that they are so high up at the end of such an extraordinary Corona year as 2020.
Because that means that the respective employees were satisfied with how the employer
dealt
with the
difficult situation
- or still has to deal with it.
Other factors that were important according to the feedback from the employees are the
work-life balance
, competitive pay and a
positive working atmosphere with friendly colleagues
.
