Strengthens the partnership in the e-commerce market between Italy and China with a binding framework agreement with Cloud Seven Holding: provides for the acquisition of 51% of the voting capital of Sengi Express (100% of Cloud Seven Holding, based in Hong Kong).
"It is a leading company in the creation and management of cross-border logistic solutions for Chinese e-commerce merchants active on the Italian market, with a pro-forma 2020 turnover of around 80 million euros".
The closing of the transaction is expected by the end of the first quarter.
The agreement "strengthens the group's strategy aimed at improving the customer experience", comments the CEO.
