Training the asset management experts of tomorrow.
With this objective, the Credem group is launching the 'Wealth Academy', a nine-month training course that will involve over 30 private bankers, managers and specialists in the group's wealth management area.
The program is developed by the institute in collaboration with the SDA Bocconi School of Management, the School of Business Management of the Bocconi University of Milan.
"Investing in training courses of such high standing - says Credem president Lucio Igino Zanon di Valgiurata - represents a decisive strategic development factor for building a consultancy model that is increasingly up to the needs of customers and in line with the important changes taking place in the social and economic scenario. "" The complexity of the general context requires a very detailed reflection on the future ", underlines Zanon, explaining that" in the world of asset management and consulting we are witnessing an important evolution that involves not only aspects relating to technical skills but also relational and leadership ones ".
The initiative is in line with the strategy of the Emilian banking group of "constant investment in people, with the aim of creating value both for those who work in the group and for savers who can rely on solid and up-to-date skills of management professionals of family and business assets ".
The training program, called "Executive Program for Wealth Management Leaders", takes place between January and September 2021 and focuses on risk analysis, investment strategies, portfolio optimization, also with a view to environmental, social and governance sustainability (ESG ).
Managerial workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship and communication are also planned, alongside occasions in which the top managers of the Credem Group will teach jointly with the professors of SDA Bocconi.
