The conditions set by the ministry also included that more than ten years have passed since their appointment in the teaching process, with the exception of the condition of service malignant tumors, incurable diseases, and clear war injuries, in addition to the formation of a medical sub-committee consisting of three school health doctors to undertake the task of referring teachers and sick teachers To the Central Medical Committee with strictness in its work and referring those who meet the previous conditions in terms of illness and service duly provided that the teachers and teachers reviewing the Central Medical Committee accompany an official letter from the Director of Education to the Ministerial Committee in addition to the minutes of the School Health Subcommittee and a copy of the identity card and personal identity attached to the documents And the original documents of the disease condition provided that they are duly certified.
The conditions also included the assignment of the Central Medical Committee to seek the assistance of hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Higher Education, and the specialized clinics of the Teachers ’Syndicate to ascertain the health status specified in the medical reports of teachers and teachers and with regard to other medical cases presented to the sub-committees that have a poor health condition and did not meet the conditions mentioned in the ministerial circular, whether In terms of illness or service, it can be transferred to the Central Medical Committee for study, and teachers and teachers who have obtained appropriate administrative work for their health status are re-evaluated by the Central Medical Committee after five years have passed since their assignment, with the exception of some cases, which are reassessed after two years, where their cases are studied and evaluated Their health conditions again and are exempt from re-evaluation of malignant tumors, terminal illnesses, severe war injuries, and patients over the age of 50 years. Administrative work shall be assigned to a letter issued by the School Health Directorate on condition that the vacancy and work are available in one of the governorate schools exclusively.
