Iraq: Baghdad attack victims continue to rise, numbering 35

(ANSA) - BEIRUT, 21 JAN - The toll of the double suicide attack in Baghdad has risen to 35 dead and over 80 injured.

This is reported by the Iraqi police cited by the Iraqi and Iranian media.

    This is the bloodiest attack carried out in Baghdad since June 2019.

    In the same Tayyaran square, the site of today's attack, another suicide attack was carried out in 2018, which then cost the lives of 31 people.
