Last days to register on the electoral rolls in very small businesses

It is a reminder for the nearly 5 million employees of very small companies (TPE) who will vote in the spring to elect their union representatives.

The government has just launched the election-tpe.travail.gouv.fr website dedicated to these elections which, after being postponed this winter, will take place from March 22 to April 4.

This is the third edition of this ballot, the results of which will be added to those obtained during professional elections in companies with more than 11 employees, endowed with social and economic committees (CSE, which replace works councils). ).

They will count for the calculation of the national representativeness of the trade union centers, will be used to constitute the regional inter-professional joint committees, a kind of externalized CSE, as well as to compose the colleges of the industrial tribunals.

Each hairdresser, waiter or maternal assistant registered on the electoral roll will be able to vote by mail or online, by connecting with the codes sent by mail at the end of November.

Employees who have not received them have until January 27 to check on the website that they are registered on the electoral rolls, or request to be so.
