Ruby: Fadil case, 11 doctors investigated in new investigations

11 doctors of the Humanitas of Rozzano, in the Milanese area, are under investigation for manslaughter, where Imane Fadil, one of the key witnesses in the Ruby case who died on March 1, 2019 of medullary aplasia, was hospitalized for over a month.

The entries in the register of suspects with guarantee information for doctors, in the investigation of the deputy prosecutor Tiziana Siciliano and of the prosecutor Luca Gaglio, are an obligatory step in view of a new consultation to ascertain, as ordered by the investigating judge in the new investigations, if there is a "link" between the death and the "health care conduct" and whether the "disease" could have been diagnosed earlier.
