The incident in the bathroom, when one of his friends was beaten by a stranger, he trying to mediate and then a dark area, a period of time that

Matías Montín

does not remember anything about.

The images that emerge immediately afterwards in his memories, he said, are those of his friends crying around him and of him bathed in his own blood being treated by a nurse.

The young engineering student attacked by bottles in the VIP of a bowling alley in Mar del Plata, left intensive care and is still recovering in the Private Community Hospital of Mar del Plata, where he was interviewed by the prosecutor in the case, Andrea Gómez, holder of the Functional Unit of Instruction N ° 4.

By spinning moments of the first minutes of Tuesday morning at the "Ananá" bowling alley, of

the La Normandina Complex

, in Playa Grande, Montín was able to reconstruct the previous situation, the incident that originated the altercation that ended with the violent aggression.

That happened in the bathroom of the bowling alley, where he remembers seeing his friend Santiago beaten up, with blood on his face.

He said that he had been attacked by a young man he did not know

, who would be Matías Belloso, the Arsenal de Sarandí player, charged in the case with "minor injuries in a fight."

He said that later he left the bathroom and went to the VIP sector, where he went to ask that boy why he had hit his friend, and that is the last thing he could say about that moment: it is when he receives blows to the head with a bottle of champagne.

Of that, he said, he does not remember anything.

Obviously the young man lost consciousness.

He has a skull fracture and a left parietal hematoma, which if he continues to progress in his recovery, will not require surgery.

In the next scene Montín finds himself in the bathroom again, sitting in the middle of his group of friends, who were crying, and he was being treated by a nurse.

He said that the woman put cloths on his head and remembered that he was bathed in his own blood.

They then transferred him to the hospital.

At no time did Montín recognize the aggressors,

Andrés Bracamonte, the son of the Rosario Central bar chief nicknamed "Pillín"

, or Gabriel Galvano, who, before the prosecutor who initiated the investigation, Paulo Cubas, acknowledged having been the one who wielded the bottle of champagne.

He said he did it to defend himself against an alleged assault.

Both are detained in the Penal Unit 44 of Batán.

Yes, said the young tourist from Haedo, who later recognized Matías Belloso, the footballer son of Gonzalo Belloso, a former Rosario Central player, when he saw his image in the media.

The boy surrendered to justice voluntarily, on Tuesday, and the prosecutor decided to continue the process at liberty.

When he was about to finish his statement, Montín experienced a tingling in one of his arms and was under observation.

In the next few days, the prosecutor Gómez will take testimonies from the victim's friends and the employees who work at the Playa Grande bowling alley.

Meanwhile,

Bracamonte and Galvano will continue to be detained

until the Justice of Guarantees resolves the request for release presented by their lawyer, Sergio Fernández.

At the moment, they are charged with the crimes of "minor injuries in a fight" and, in the case of Galvano, "serious injuries", a fact with which Montín's lawyer, Ignacio Trimarco, does not agree.

Trimarco understands, and announced that he will ask the Justice, that the crime that the prosecution must impute is "attempted murder", which provides for a penalty of up to 12 years in prison.
