Middle schools will return to school as early as Monday
while high schools have a few more days to gear up for the resumption of lessons in the presence of 50%: the prefecture has sent a letter to the school managers explaining that, in consideration of the short notice for the resumption - news, however, arrived at the weekend - for schools there is the possibility of having a deferral, albeit limited, from the date of January 25, in order to inform students and families.
However, the tension remains high.
Yesterday on the outskirts of Rome, at the Kant high school,
the police intervened while some students attempted to occupy the school

The boys, together with those of other high schools in the capital, have been protesting since last Monday, the day of resumption of classes,
against the entrance time at 10, the transport, which they say is insufficient, the cold classrooms
.
And they say that one of them was allegedly beaten by policemen, while the police count two officers reported in hospital with a 5-day prognosis.
The Lazio school office makes it known to follow the situation.
Tomorrow another 360,000 students will return to school (353,579 to be exact): they
are those from high schools in the regions of Liguria, Marche, Umbria (which will alternate in percentages ranging from 50 to 75%) and averages in Campania

They add up to the 640,000 high school students who returned to class last Monday, January 18, in Lazio, Emilia Romagna, Molise and Piedmont.
On 11 January they were back on the banks in Valle d'Aosta, Tuscany and Abruzzo.
In Trentino Alto Adige the students had already returned from 7 January.
There are no high school students in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Sardinia, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania and Puglia for which it was established that they will return on 1 February.
"According to the weekly monitoring of the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, the national Rt index has fallen below 1.
"We must remain prudent, respect the rules and be very, very responsible, but it is important news, even for the school", notes the Minister of Education, Lucia Azzolina.
On Monday the Campania Region will start a school screening that will begin with the teachers and Ata staff.
