Today began the second semester of the current academic year 2020-2021 as previously determined by the Ministry of Education in its academic calendar.
In a statement, which SANA received a copy of yesterday, the ministry stated that the education directorates in all governorates have completed all necessary measures to secure supplies and provide a safe and healthy environment in order to ensure the health of pupils and students and the administrative and teaching frameworks.
On January 14, the Ministry completed the first semester exams for the year 2020-2021 in basic and secondary education schools, to which 3636049 pupils and students of all educational levels applied for in about 13 thousand and 600 schools in all governorates.
