EU to states, discourage all non-essential travel

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JANUARY 25 - The EU Commission proposes that all non-essential journeys be "strongly discouraged until the epidemiological situation has improved considerably".

This especially concerns the areas in 'dark red'.

For those coming from those areas, states must provide for a test before departure and a quarantine on arrival.
