Dill garlic cubes

Ingredients

    • 1 kg of flour

    • 2 tablespoons dry yeast

    • 2 tablespoons of sugar

    • 1 tablespoon salt

    • ½ Whipped cream

    • ½2 lukewarm cups (600 ml)

  • For coating:

    • ½ Olive oil

    • 2 as a crushed apple

    • ¼ Chopped dill

    • Coarse salt to disperse

Preparation

How to make dill garlic cubes?

  • In a bowl, mix together flour, yeast and sugar.

    Make a hole and place the rest of the dough ingredients in it.

    Put well into a uniform and slightly sticky dough, it can be done by hand and you can knead in a mixer with a kneading hook for about 6 minutes.

  • 2 Transfer the dough to a well-greased bowl with olive oil and cover it.

    Puff the dough for about an hour.

  • 3 Divide the puffed dough into two parts.

    Using oiled hands, flatten each piece on baking paper and transfer it with the paper to a baking pan. A total of two pans.

  • 4 Mix the coating ingredients in a bowl: oil, garlic, dill.

    Dip in a seasoning oil and brush the surface of the flattened dough.

    Sprinkle coarse salt over each.

  • 5 Dip a pizza roll in olive oil and use it to make squares in the dough without separating them.

    Swell for about 20 minutes.

  • 6 After the second swelling, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden.

  • Cool slightly, separate the dough cubes and serve.

    Diversify the dinner.
